Healing Unscripted

Supervision

Healing Unscripted Supervision is a space for associate level social workers and therapists who are serving real people, carrying real responsibilities, and still trying to find their own way in this field.

Just like therapy, supervision is a journey. Together we will celebrate your growth, make room for grief, and map out a sustainable path forward for your work and your life.

This space is especially for therapists who serve marginalized communities and who do not want to leave their values, identities, or lived experiences at the door. All supervision sessions are conducted virtually at this time unless otherwise advertised for a specific occasion.

Who I Work With In Supervision?

I offer supervision for:

  • Associate level social workers and therapists in Washington or Texas

  • Clinicians working in community mental health, nonprofits, schools, hospitals, or government systems

  • Therapists who serve marginalized communities and value social justice

  • People who are juggling multiple roles such as parenting, caregiving, work, and school

  • Early career therapists who want more than signatures on a form and who are ready for honest, supportive reflection on their work

  • Seasoned social workers and community mental health providers who want their experiences valued and struggling to break free from traditional systems while maintaining a commitment to contributing meaningfully to the community.

If you are tired but hopeful, and still doing this work because you believe healing is possible for yourself and others, this space is for you.

Supervision Options

1

Individual Supervision Sessions

Individual supervision is a one to one space where we focus deeply on your clinical work and your development as a therapist. We will look at real cases, talk through ethical questions, explore your reactions, and connect what happens in session to your values and your history.

I am opening five individual supervision spots in January 2026 for associates in Washington and Texas who are seeking regular, ongoing supervision that supports both licensure and sustainability.

2

Group Supervision Sessions

Group supervision offers community and connection while you learn. Groups meet at least twice each month and are kept small, with no more than five supervisees at a time.

In group, we:

  • Share cases and receive feedback

  • Learn from each other’s questions and ideas

  • Practice skills, language, and interventions together

  • Normalize the very real challenges of early career work

Group supervision is a place to be witnessed by people who understand what you are carrying.
